We had a fantastic stay at TIME Grand Plaza Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Vinay and Subhash made us feel incredibly welcome. Their exceptional service and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel's location is convenient, and we appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and pool. The staff is really very friendly and nice. Breakfest is nice, location is okay (Dubai mall is on 20 minutes from there). I would recommend for someone who is traveling alone like I was. We can say it is clean, but because everything is old it look a little bit dirty.

This is my second stay at Time Plaza Dubai Airport Hotel in Al Quasis. I chose this Hotel again because the place itself is spacious with all amenities, the rooms are large & comfortable, the bed is extremely comfortable, the cleanliness of the Hotel & rooms are of a fantastic standard, the staff are always helpful & on hand 24/7 to answer questions or requests you may have. If anything is defective in the room or you require water bedding etc they are on hand immediately to deal with the issue nothing is too little. There is a lovely area on the roof top where the swimming pool is located, a wonderfully hot & invigorating jacuzzi & also a gym, great to use first thing in the morning or at any other time of the day to suit. There are a couple of staff who I got to know by name Sunil & Purnir on reception, such lovely guys. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Was upgraded and was a very nice experience, the room was very spacious and the staff the best, everything from the breakfast buffet to the amenities in the room was great. (only small issue was a weird odor, water leak maybe)

During Check in time Mr. Mohammed Kamal was accretional, he upgraded my room to Executive room, it was very good and he is welcome us in hotel with very friendly smile face it was boost our tiredness of long travel i did (400KM) to reach hotel. Unfortunately i ddint book with breakfast, sure ill do next time with breakfast and i will prefer this hotel is my first priority.

The staff, location, courtesy levels, overall room itself, breakfast - all were good. The guy (Dithin) gave me a junior suite as a free upgrade and other staff like Vijay and another whom I have forgotten the name, were all super-nice. The concierge guys were absolutely fantastic as well. The walk around the hotel is great and you can find metro at a 10 minutes walk and tea (chaii) down at Classio or other restaurants all nearby. We didn't use any taxi nor Uber just purely because everything was either too close or we could take Metro everywhere,

This was for my dad and uncle, elderly people. The hotel went out of its way to make it very comfortable and welcoming for them. The room and the facilities were excellent. The gym, the steam and sauna were as good as it gets. The staff and the facilities were wonderful.
